Mr. Harper’s experience spans several decades of artistic excellence. He has designed, created, and produced back drops, portraits, logos, hand lettering, marbling, wood graining, and murals for premiere shows on major television networks, including:
KABC - The Oscars 1990, 1991, 1992, Rick Dee’s Into the Night, General Hospital, The Home Show, a Tribute to Sammy Davis Jr., a New Alice in Wonderland for Disney, Harry and the Hendersons, Sisters, and Mr. Bellvadere.
KNBC - The Tonight Show, Hollywood Squares, Let’s Make a Deal, The Emmy’s, Day’s of Our Lives, Santa Barbara, Hallmark Hall of Fame, Bob Hope Special, Dean Martin Roast, and the Frank Sinatra Special.
Newest project includes over 200 original portraits (Oil on Canvas; Museum Quality) of President Barack Obama.

Mr. Harper does not restrict his clientele to “celebrity”. He paints everyone and prefers to refer to everyone else as, “unique unknowns”. He also paints fabulous animal portraits. ALL PAINTINGS ARE MUSEUM QUALITY OIL ON CANVAS.
